Uh;;; well obviously, cuz M6 has a 5 liter V10, while porsche has 3.6 liter boxer 6cylinder.

Porsche 911 has to win. It's more of a performance car, while BMW incorporated too much luxury. But I would rather buy M6. Hahaha... one of the rare cases where I would say performance isn't everything.

A BMW designed V10 must be a thrill to experience. Forced-induction engines are really cool because of that unique rush of power they deliver in the sweet spot rpm range, but NA engines always seem a bit meatier, for lack of a better term. And to the sycophantic clown a few posts below me: "normally aspirated" and "naturally aspirated" are actually both legitimate and interchangeable terms.

i think that porsche would whoop a z06 but u never know.... either way i would for sure take the 911(997) over a chevy

even though i love porsches i think the turbo is not as fast as the z06,maybe with torque boost and no lag it would be even..z06 is certainly lighter and that matters..

BMW and Porsche are both good, stop hating on either of em. They both are Euro Cars, Euro cars are good. But I prefer JDM Cars more because they are better to mod, but I like BMW/Porsche/Audi/Ferrari/Lamborghini/Mercedes-Benz/ and ETC.. If I was going to leave them stock.
