Look at an energy density chart and tell me oil doesn't "rule". I'm getting goddamn fed up with people who don't know a BTU from a snickers bar spouting off such inane luddite nonsense. Oil "rules" because we get such an insane return of energy for the energy we invest getting it. The only greater return is from nuclear power. Oil also "rules" because we're awash in the stuff. The utter stupidity of these posts is proof that our education system is broken beyond repair.

Actually, MDI HAS been around for over 14 years making outrageous claims and forever announcing that their poduct is coming out "next year". In the meantime they're getting thounds of gullible greenies to fork over good money for phantom dealerships, advance paymens for non-existent vehicles, and worthless stock. They're a sham. But don't let that interfer with your irrational hatred of the people who work to bring us our energy.

Its been more than 2 years? Where are the cars. The thing is the governments arent allowing them to release their cars. Why? Someone should really ask the question. Truth is, petroleum runs the world's economy. Big Oil have so much influence that they can do anything. And who benefits, damn Dubai, fueling their rediculous lifestyles and land reclaimation stunts when they have loads of unused land. This world makes no damn sense.

I look forward to purchasing one of these cars! This will be great for city driving and just getting to work and back. This is far better and more economical than the smart cars that we currently have on the roads! They will be made to be more Americanized by the time they get to the U.S.A. that should not even be a concern. European and United States vehicles are always different in ways more than just the side of the drivers wheel. Do more research on these. Fossil Fuels are for collectors.

How the car can run on the street without having passed any stantards?? It s made with plastic!! Furthermore, how the tank air can be refilled with a compressor of this size?? just rubbish..

petroleum isnt ineffecient engines are ineffecient.so what shall we use instead of petrolleum?
happy0ninja on November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am
petroleum is used best as a lubericant, not a fuel. It is ineffecient and burns dirty. It does not "rule" anything but politicians.
