" Here's a video I did of a bunch of the Hereford cows and calves that are at the ranch I was recently caretaker for in Northern California, while my friend, who is the ranch manager was away on vacation with her family. I was just doing the basic chores while my friend, the ranch manager, was on vacation, so thankfully there were no animal emergencies, etc. durin' that time, so my main tasks were feeding and cleaning stalls and fillin' water troughs, etc.

LifeJourneyGuy, just curious, but what exactly were your duties when you had to work on that ranch in n. California? Things like making sure calving was going well, tagging, branding, etc.? I sure like that song...I get singing along with that tune, lol.

Brilliant video plus a nice tribute to the late Eddy Arnold. I was born in Hereford England in 1950 and as a child I used to play in the large Cattle market and well remember these fine beef cattle. Bob in the UK
